Refund and Returns Policy

At MobiExpress Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide genuine and high-quality electronics and accessories. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are included.
  • The item is returned with the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or physical damage.
  • Software, digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items.
  • Special-order or customized products.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange for:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Repair under manufacturer warranty, or
  • Refund where applicable.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Any price difference for exchanged products must be paid by the customer.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a return request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.
